Mmm, fresh home-grown tomatoes! And they really are tasty too, or maybe that’s all the watering, primping & pampering I’d been giving ’em lately.
All they needed was a bit of basalmic glaze and a teeny-tiny sprinkle of coarse sea salt. Even with the thick skins (a product of the 100+ temps this Summer, perhaps?) they’re still delicious.
Way to go, Mater! Attaboy. And many tomatoes still on the vine. This is the week of the grand pigout, methinks.
